Brian has lived throughout San Diego County throughout his life, giving him the knowledge that is needed in today’s real estate market. He currently resides in Rancho Santa Fe with his wife and two boys. Brian is constantly driven to focus on his client’s individual needs. Spending most of his professional life focused on everything from mortgage banking to commercial real estate, as well as feasibility and analytical analysis for some of Southern California’s largest builders. With a solid reputation in San Diego’s residential real estate arena, strong experience, skill and confidence necessary to navigate the more complex transactions, you will find comfort in knowing that it is your best interest that “moves” Brian.
Originally from Canada, but drawn to San Diego by a combination of family ties, warm climate and miles of sandy beaches, Simone is now very happy to call San Diego her home. Prior to choosing a career in real estate, Simone enjoyed a successful career in the fashion industry. Her work allowed her to travel internationally, and collaborate with some of the world’s top designers. A “people person”, Simone appreciated the opportunity that this position provided her to engage with people from diverse cultures. So, although currently quite new to the real estate industry she is confident that the excellent training which she has received; together with the support of Brian Connelly’s expertise, her sincere approach and enthusiastic drive will enable her to succeed. This said however, Simone does recognize that buying and selling a home can be a challenging and stressful time for many people. Especially if there isn’t an efficient strategy, tailor made for each client’s needs, in place.
